Web Site Statistics:
When you visit our site, your browser provides us with your IP address and browser type. Via the web server logs, we monitor such things as:

The areas of our site people find most interesting.

The search criteria used to access our site.
The URL that refer visitors to us.
This information is not associated with any individual user. We use this information to improve our site content. All logs are summarized to statistical totals and deleted from our servers.
Subscriptions:
Certain services we offer require you to provide information to us such as email addresses and phone numbers.
We use this information exclusively in order to provide the requested services. We do not share, sell or in any other way grant access to this information to other companies or individuals, unless specifically and clearly stated on corresponding web page.
Information Security:
When you access services where security is a concern (i.e. the submission of credit cards or checks), your information will be encrypted with SSL. Certain information, i.e. financial records or sales records need to be filed for a time specified by local law. Those records are strictly confidential and may be disclosed only upon valid Court of Law order.
Links To Other Sites:
Our network locations contain links to other sites not run by us. You should be aware that our privacy policies do not apply to these other sites.
Cookies:
Cookies are a way that a web server can store, either temporarily or for longer periods of time, information about you, the user, on your own computer system.
Our site uses temporary cookies only for the purpose of managing your internet session with us. Those cookies always wear our domain name and enable your computer to identify yourself on our server. They do not carry any other information.
Some of the advertisement banners on our sites issue cookies that serve only as counters.
Our exterior connections, i.e. any news and weather services issue cookies that identify our individual content selection. Those cookies do not carry other information other than a rather long ID code of our site.
None of our (if any) secure connections (SSL) require any sort of cookies to process information. If you receive cookie when accessing any secure service, please stop processing immediately and notify us.
Maling Lists:
We may give you the option from time to time to subscribe to one or more mailing lists or services that we run. These mailing lists are managed by us, and information collected will not be disclosed to others. At any point in time, we provide you the option to remove yourself from our lists.
2. Bookings & Reservations
1. General
1.2 All bookings accepted by Ace Holidays Lanzarote are subject to these terms and conditions.
1.3 All prices stated are in UK Pounds Sterling or Euros.
2. Booking procedure and payment terms
2.1 Once your booking has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required to secure your dates.
2.2 The rental balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks away, the full rental balance will be due as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
3. Cancellations
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY NECESSITATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Villa booking if payment has not been received in accordance with clauses 2.1 and 2.2 above.
3.2 The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled in accordance with clause 3.1 above.
Any cancellations - loss of rental deposit
Within 30 days - 100% of total rental
4. Accommodations
4.1 The accommodation provided is only for the use of persons named by the client on booking. Subletting, sharing or assigning is prohibited.
4.2 The property will be available to clients after 12 p.m. local time on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed. All accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. local time on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with us.
4.3 An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18.
4.4 We will not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the property and pool.
4.5 Swimming pools are dangerous and ours is not to be used by children without adult supervision.
5. Complaints
5.1 In the unlikely event that the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction, they must contact Ace Holidays Lanzarote immediately so that remedial action may be taken. Details of how to contact Ace Holidays Lanzarote will be found in the accommodation and on this site.
6. Animals and Pets
6.1 Animals and Pets are not permitted in our Villas. This condition is strictly enforced.
7. Safety Deposit Box
7.1 Should you wish to make use of a safety deposit box in the Villa, a €20 deposit is payable against loss of keys.
